The focus of the resource pages is to provide information on the use of ICT with clients who have severe or complete sight loss and who are therefore unable to access visual information (non-screen users). Many of these resources have a visual as well as auditory interface and so are of relevance to both blind and partially sighted individuals. One section 'ICT resources for screen-users' has been created specifically to address the needs of clients who have sufficient residual vision to access visual information on the screen.
